Threads, marking, testing and coatings
Threads
UNC up to 1 inch and 8 UN from 1⅛ inch, class 2A/2B, per ASME B1.1. Metric ISO threads on request. Threads rolled or cut.
Marking
Studs and nuts stamped with grade symbol and Teshi mark, and heat lot traceable to the test certificate.

Coatings and packing
Plain, hot-dip galvanised, zinc-nickel, PTFE (Xylan-type) and others. Packed in boxes or bags by size, labelled per joint set on request.

How every order is checked
ISO 9001:2015 certified and IBR approved. The same four checks apply to every order, whether it is a dozen pieces or a full project BOQ.
Raw material check
Mill certificates are checked against the purchase order, and heat numbers are logged when material arrives.
Traceable processing
Heat numbers carry through cutting, forging or forming, machining and welding, so every piece links back to its mill certificate.
Testing and inspection
Dimensional checks, PMI and the NDT your QAP calls for. Third-party inspection is arranged when you specify an agency.
Documents with dispatch
Material test certificates to EN 10204 3.1, or 3.2 when witnessed, with the inspection reports your contract asks for.

Do you manufacture stud bolts?
Yes. Teshi Group manufactures stud bolts, heavy hex nuts and other industrial fasteners in India, and supplies them with our flanges as complete joint sets.
Which thread do flange stud bolts use?
Inch studs up to 1 inch use the UNC coarse series. From 1⅛ inch, ASME B16.5 flange bolting uses the 8 UN series (8 threads per inch).
What coatings can you supply?
Plain, hot-dip galvanised, zinc-nickel and PTFE (Xylan-type) fluoropolymer coatings, among others. State the coating and colour in your enquiry.
Can you supply bolting for exotic-grade flanges?
Yes. We supply 904L, 254 SMO, duplex, super duplex, titanium and nickel-alloy bolting to match the flange grade.
